" FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is delighted to be offering another cracking property, finished to a high standard in an excellent location.

And as everyone knows, we only do nice properties and they go fast. Given there is a shortage of nice 3 bedders we expect this property to go even faster than normal.

Entering through the front door there is a vestibule which then leads on to the main hallway.

Off to the right is a door which leads into the rear Living/Dining Kitchen Room which might sound odd but it works really well given the size of the room. The kitchen area is off to one side and is recessed so it doesn't take up loads of room. There's space (and plumbing) for a washing machine and ample room for your tall fridge freezer.

There are UPVC Franch Doors which lead out to a patio and raised yard/garden which is bigger than you would normally expect.

The Main Front Reception Room is at the front of the house and is separated form the rear room by some nice internal French Doors.
You can see from the pictures that we have a very nice reception room that is tastefully decorated and in excellent order. There's a nice feature fireplace with electric fire for effect. The Georgian Style UPVC double glazed window at the front of the property add a stylish finish to this room and look well from outside too!

Upstairs....

The stairs to the first floor are in the hallway and lead up to a large spacious landing which also has a walk in cupboard for additional storage.

At the back of the house is a decent sized double bedroom. Its a nice, bright and well decorated room with a large window that overlooks the back of the property.

Next along the landing is the Family Bathroom.... here we have a decent sized bathroom with WC, pedestal wash basin, fitted bath and shower above.

At the front of the house and at the far end of the landing are two bedrooms. Both are in excellent order and have windows looking out over the front of the property.
