This room comprises; integral gas oven with 4 ring gas burner hob and extractor over, space for your washing machine and stainless steel sink and drainer. The floor covering in here is of a quarry tile effect vinyl which is matched by the terracotta shade of tile used as the splash-back.

From here to the yard. A good sized yard which has been fully flagged. Nice and neat with a freshly painted gate. Lovely.

Upstairs now and to the...

Master Bedroom. An excellent sized room decorated in neutral magnolia paint with a pale border towards the ceiling (which is nice and high) The large window overlooking the front of the property gives lots of lovely sunshine during the day.
