Situated on Greenway Street, this garden fronted mid-terraced property benefits from good neighbours, easy parking and excellent connections to the M65, train station, main bus routes, local shops, schools and amenities.

Entering by the front door, there is a vestibule which leads to the main hallway, off which and on your right, is the Front Reception Room.
Here we have a traditional lounge with original features, period colours, and a painted wooden floor. A feature fireplace adds real character as well as being the main focal point in this pleasant room. The large window overlooks the front garden and benefits from vertical blinds.

The next room along the hallway is the large Rear Reception Room. This is a big room!
Here we have a very useful family room, which benefits from additional storage space under the stairs, a brand new carpet, a comfortable décor, and a large window with fitted blinds, offering privacy and an open view of the rear yard.
A brand new carpet with underlay, has just been fitted adding a nice homely feel to this spacious room, and as you can see from the pictures, we have an original fireplace as a main focal point in the room.

As you might expect, we have a caret floor and decent sized window making it a bright room.. and fitted blinds for privacy.

Across the landing, at the rear of the house, is the Second Double Bedroom. Whilst it's not quite as big as the Master Bedroom, it is still a good sized double bedroom. It benefits from neutral décor and matching carpets, and a large window overlooks the rear yard.

The Family Bathroom is situated in between the two bedrooms... above the stairs (known as a jubilee bathrooms). As you can see we have a lovely good-sized bathroom here... which has been tastefully decorated. A large skylight allows loads of natural light in through the ceiling, which reflects beautifully off the bright paintwork. There is an electric shower fitted over the bath, and as you can see from the pictures there is a WC and pedestal wash basin.

The property also benefits from Double glazing and Gas Central Heating.
