Situated on Greenway Street, it's in a popular location - well suited for good schools, transport connections - inc M65, and nearby shops (and only a few minutes from town and the train station).

And whilst everyone knows we only do nice properties..... well this goes way above that! It's 'well nice' to put it mildy! It's not your everyday mid-terraced property that's for sure! And to say it will get snapped up quickly is probably an under-statement!

You can get an idea of what the property is like from the pictures, but to really grasp what we have on offer here you will need to view it. And QUICK!

As you will know there aren't many 4 Bedroom properties around (plus this could be a 5 Bedroom house if you wanted to use the ground floor study room as an additional 5th Bedroom.... so if you need lots of space this is probably a house you need to view? 

So more about the house.... Parking is pretty easy, with plenty of on-street parking at the front of the house....

On entering the house by the front door, we have a nice neat vestibule which leads into a lovely spacious hallway with many original characteristics.

The living rooms are on your right, with two doorways - one to the front reception room and a second to the rear reception room.

We have two large reception rooms that have been opened up to create a huge through lounge!

Large windows at the front and back of each room make this house nice and bright and airy. It has a good feel to it!

There is an inset gas fire in the front lounge - a handy feature for those nippy summer nights if you need a slight top up on the heating? You can see form the pictures we have nice neutral decor styled to suit most tastes.

At the back of the rear Reception Room there is a room we would call a study or home office. This room could be used for a variety of uses... such as a second/alternative dining room or even a ground floor bedroom? You decide... 

Basement... The stairs to the basement are at the back of the Rear Reception Room.

In the basement we have a fully fitted out kitchen - and it's big! boy is it big! Oh and it's nice - really nice!!

You can see from the pictures the scope of what we have to offer. And pretty much all the kitchen appliances you need are included... Integrated Fridge Freezer, Dish Washer, Oven, ceramic hob, etc... you can inspect the appliances included when you view.

As for cupboards... there are loads....

There's a casual dining area (with dining table if you need it) off to one side, and French Doors leading out to the rear yard at the back.

At the back of the Kitchen there is also a Utility Room.

You can see from the pictures we have a spacious and very practical utility room with it's own sink, cupboards etc... and of course plenty of room for your washer and dryer. 

Outside... The rear yard is accessed through some French Doors that lead out from the kitchen. You can see from the pictures it is nicely decked and plenty large enough for bar-b-ques etc.... (if we get the weather)... 

First Floor... The stairs to the first floor lead up from the hallway. We have a spacious landing, off which we have the main bathroom, 3 bedrooms and another staircase to the attic bedroom.

The Bathroom is the first room you come to at the top of the stairs.

As you can see from the pictures, here we have a nice modern bathroom comprised of WC, wash basin, island bath and separate shower cubicle.

It has been nicely finished and done to a high standard. 

Moving along the landing.....  

We have 3 Bedrooms that come off the landing.... One at the rear of the property and a further two at the front. Two of these are generous double bedrooms with the third being a single.

All bedrooms are nicely decorated and benefit from bran new carpets.

The Fourth Bedroom could be the Attic room, which is accessed by it's own staircase.

As you can see from the pictures, it's a HUGE room! and would make a great Master Bedroom? but that's for you decide. 

Other information... The whole property has been newly decorated throughout, and benefits form nice plush carpets throughout too.

It is fully double glazed and has gas central heating.
