" FULL DESCRIPTION Ainsworth Lord Estates Ltd is pleased to be offering for rent this deceptively spacious THREE Bedroomed, garden fronted, mid-terraced house with TWO Reception Rooms in a popular residential part of town.

Entering by the front door, there is a vestibule which leads on to a long hallway.
Off to the right is a doorway that goes into the rear reception room.... which is open plan to the front reception room, making this a huge lounge space. There's a large window at the front that looks out over the front garden.

At the back of the reception room there is a rear sunroom/large vestibule that leads out to the spacious back yard.

The kitchen (extension) is at the back of the house and accessed from the rear reception room. Here we have a spacious kitchen with loads of modern fitted units, plenty of work tops and a free-standing cooker.

Access to the cellar is through a door under the stairs. The cellar is a huge cellar great for additional storage etc..

The stairs are at the end of the long hallway.

First Floor..

At the top of the stairs is the large family bathroom. It's a lovely bright, spacious bathroom and includes a fitted bath with shower screen and shower over, WC, wash basin and built-in storage cupboard.

On leaving the bathroom the first bedroom you come to is on the left. It's a good sized, long bedroom suitable for a single bed, and has loads of space for wardrobes and other bedroom furniture etc.... the large window looks out over the back yard.

At the end of the long landing, at the front of the house, is the HUGE Master bedroom. Its a nice clean big room with a large window looking out over the front of the property.

Second Floor..

The third bedroom is an attic bedroom. The stairs to which are off the landing (adjacent to the built-in storage cupboards).
