" A 16th century Grade II Listed semi detached cottage in need of some "TLC" but packed with character. Rented out for a number of years the property requires some refurbishment but it has been re-roofed in recent years, has a new gas boiler and enjoys a particularly good sized garden. No chain.

Set over three floors, the accommodation comprises entrance halls to both the front and side, sitting room with magnificent Minster stone feature fireplace, kitchen/diner, ground floor bathroom, two first floor bedrooms and a second floor bedroom with built-in storage. Large garden to the side and rear.

DIRECTIONS
From Wells take the A371 towards Shepton Mallet. After approximately 2.5 miles you will enter the village of Croscombe. The property can be found on the left hand side towards the end of the village. We would suggest parking in Coombe Cottages before getting to the property and walking through the cut through at the top of the cul de sac which will bring you back to Long Street.

Croscombe is a well served village with General Stores, two public houses, church and a primary school. The village is c.3 miles from Wells and c.2 miles from Shepton Mallet.
