" A beautifully presented, spacious, semi detached three bedroom house with large garden and parking on the popular east side of Wells.
Accommodation on the ground floor comprises of a kitchenbreakfast room which has been refitted within the last two years and has modern cream gloss units as well as an integrated fridge freezer, induction hob and double oven and grill. There is a useful cloakroom and utility room off here with space for a washing machine. French doors lead to the gardens from here. The lounge is of a good size with ample space for a dining table and there is a sunroom which has been divided to also create a study area and has large windows overlooking the garden.
Upstairs are two good sized double bedrooms and a further single. The main bedroom has built in wardrobes and a dressing table and enjoys views across Wells. The family bathroom has been re-fitted this year and includes a stylish white suite with a bath with power shower over, heated towel rail and a built in contemporary vanity unit and storage.
Outside to the rear of the house is a large South facing garden with shed and there is a further generous area to the side with a private area for seating and a large workshop for storage. To the front of the house is a gated area with parking for around four vehicles.
