" A well presented, spacious detached three four bedroom house in a fabulous quiet cul de sac location just outside of Wells.
This house has versatile accommodation comprising of a dual aspect loungediner with feature fireplace and opening out to a large conservatory. The kitchen breakfast room has ample space for a table and has a range of wall units, a double gas oven and hob and an integrated dishwasher. A door leads out to the garden from here and there is also a useful utility room off it with an integrated fridge freezer and space for a washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a good sized study which could alternatively be a fourth bedroom.
Upstairs are three good sized double bedrooms, the main having a built in double wardrobe and an ensuite that includes a bath. The second bedroom is also a good size and has built in sliding wardrobes across one wall and the third bedroom also has built in storage with both bedrooms enjoying wonderful views across open countryside. the bathroom has been recently renovated to include a double shower and double basins in a vanity unit providing ample storage.

The property is located in South Horrington, a popular village on the outskirts of Wells. There are fabulous views to open farmland and plenty of walks on your doorstep as well as Wells Golf Club.
The picturesque City of Wells is approximately 1.5 miles away and is located in the Mendip district of Somerset.
