" A semi-detached house set in a quiet cul de sac, close to Wells City Centre and offering deceptively spacious accommodation, a large garden and allocated parking. Definitely one to view.
ACCOMMODATION
To the ground floor is a good sized lounge with laminate flooring leading to a kitchen diner with a good range of wall and base units and space for a washing machine and fridge freezer. There is also a door leading out to the rear garden. The downstairs bathroom is a good size and comprises of a white suite, to include a bath with shower over.
