From Wells High Street proceed into Broad Street. Turn right into Queen Street and bear left. Turn right into Priest Row and turn left onto Chamberlain Street. At the mini roundabout turn right into Whiting Way. At the traffic lights turn right into Mountery Road and left into Milton Lane and continue to the end of the road. Turn left onto Ash Lane and the property can be found on the left hand side with a For Sale board displayed.
