" Set at the end of a cul de sac and offering spacious accommodation the property enjoys an open aspect to the front and a west facing, partly walled garden to the rear. This is a deceptively roomy property that warrants an internal viewing. No onward chain.

The accommodation comprises entrance lobby, sitting room with gas fire, dining room with French door onto the garden, good sized kitchen, three double bedrooms and a bathroom with separate shower. DIRECTIONS

From Wells High Street proceed into Broad Street and into Priory Road. At the roundabout turn right into Strawberry Way and at the traffic lights proceed straight on to the next traffic lights bearing left onto the Portway.
