This quiet village is located in the heart of Somerset approximately six miles from the market town of Frome and within commuting distance of Bath and Bristol. There are plenty of scenic dog walks surrounding the village and Miners Ponds Course fishing lake offers day and night fishing tickets throughout the year.

On entering the village from the Frome direction, proceed until you reach the Crossways junction where you will see the village shop and the chip shop. Turn left and continue down the hill into the old part of the village where the property can be found on the left hand side.
