" House-Hut estate agents present this is a stunning individual modern stylish 5 bedroom home with four reception rooms and two bathrooms. Designed and built by the current owners in 2012 to the highest standard. The property is tucked away down its own drive in ample grounds bordering open farm land and stunning far reaching views over the Somerset countryside.

There is transport to Norton Hill and Somervale secondary schools and there are school buses that pick up in the village taking children to the local primary school at Kilmersdon and to the state secondary school for this catchment area, Writhlington. These schools have excellent reputations. This region is very well serviced by independent schools. All Hallows Preparatory is 5 miles away and Downside School is 2 miles away as well as all of the Bath Schools being within easy reach. Holcombe village enjoys a rural location with many lovely countryside walks nearby.
