DESCRIPTION: This two bedroom, semi detached cottage constructed of natural stone lies at the foot of Holcombe Hill and occupies a nice position with far reaching rural views towards the Mendip Hills. The accommodation comprises entrance lobby, good size lounge/dining room with feature fireplace. Kitchen with ample wall and floor units with work surfaces over, space for all appliances, wall hung gas boiler and stairs rising to the first floor. Ground floor bathroom with panelled bath with shower over, wash hand basin and low level wc. 

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms from which rural views can be enjoyed. The property has a full gas central heating system and is double glazed. The property requires some cosmetic updating throughout and is offered for sale with no onward chain. 

OUTSIDE: The front of the cottage has a small enclosed courtyard area and sheltered walkway down the side of the property. At the rear there is a level lawn garden that is fully enclosed with a large storage shed to the far end.

DIRECTIONS: From our Midsomer Norton office proceed to the village of Holcombe via Charlton. Upon reaching the central crossroads continue down Holcombe Hill. The property will be found at the bottom of the hill on the left hand side identified by our For Sale Board.
