DESCRIPTION: Located in a quiet position, this two bedroom mid terrace cottage enjoys pleasant views to the front and also has a lovely sunny garden. The accommodation comprises, a good size entrance porch with double doors leading into the lounge. Open plan lounge/dining room with feature fireplace and fitted log burner, stripped wood flooring, space for good size dining set and staircase rising to the first floor. The kitchen is at the rear of the property and currently has a fitted hob and oven and plumbing for a washing machine however it does require a new kitchen to be fitted. Door to rear.

On the first floor there are two good size bedrooms and a family bathroom comprising panelled bath, wash hand basin and low level wc. DIRECTIONS: Proceed from Stones Cross roundabout on the A367 toward Radstock and take the first right turning into Southview Place which leads on into Hope Terrace.  For viewings you are advised to park in Southview Place and walk down the road and turn left at the end into Hope Terrace where the property will be found.
