" Offered For Sale within the Somerset village of Chilthorne Domer, this staggered terrace, three bedroom family home. The accommodation briefly comprises sitting/dining room, kitchen and downstairs cloakroom to the ground floor. To the first floor are three bedrooms and a family shower room. Vendor comments: "Chilthorne Domer is a village only a couple of miles outside Yeovil, and Forts Orchard is a small cul-de-sac off a quiet road. The house is rendered front and back with a pleasing cream paint finish. It is fitted with laminated wood floors in the living room/dining room, tiled floors in hallway and kitchen. There are fitted carpets in stairway, landing and all three bedrooms. The rear garden is totally enclosed with high-quality fencing on the sides and a solid rendered wall at the bottom end.
