" Fairfield is an attractive property approached through stone pillars and wrought iron gates to a driveway providing ample parking and leading to the single garage. The mature, south facing front garden has an area of lawn, patio and veranda with a climbing wisteria.

The entrance hall is spacious and light with rear aspect window having views over the adjoining farmland and doors leading to 2 reception rooms, kitchen and cloakroom. The dual aspect sitting room has a fireplace with gas effect fire and views over both the front and rear gardens whilst the dining room enjoys a southerly aspect. The kitchen/breakfast room is situated at the rear of the property and has a range of floor and wall mounted units and a door to the rear garden.
