" This imposing detached property was originally built in the mid 1930n++s and had been previously owned for over 50 years by one owner and formerly being a market garden. It was purchased in 2002 by the present owner who has substantially refurbished and extended it to provide what is now an attractive and well proportioned family house, with a high, modern specification throughout, set in beautifully landscaped gardens of approximately 1.8 acres.

The property features an attractive reception hall with Oak wood panelled staircase and has flexible accommodation on two floors with the benefit of two staircases within the property.

In addition to the reception rooms and kitchen/breakfast room at ground floor level, on the lower ground floor is a fully fitted cinema/multi functional room, with open plan space for office or gym. The property is also fitted with a highly specified German heating system and has a double garage adjacent to this area, which potentially could be incorporated to provide further accommodation.
