" Built with Bath stone elevations, this substantial end of terrace property was formerly part of a nurse?s home built in the early 1900?s. In 1992 this was converted into four properties with well proportioned accommodation.

Number 8 has many individual features including a superb hand carved staircase leading up to a galleried landing, oak doors on the ground floor together with oak architraves throughout, original windows with Bath stone mullions and within the sitting room a superb feature fireplace.

The property is presently arranged as three bedrooms, with the main bedroom having an adjacent dressing room. It should be noted that this was formerly the fourth bedroom.
