" This detached, three bedroom property is situated in the Sulis Meadows area of Bath on the southern edge of the city. The ground floor accommodation comprises of a wood floored entrance hall that continues into the open plan living and dining rooms with a Bath stone fireplace to the sitting room. A sliding patio door from the dining room takes you out to the rear garden. The kitchen features tiled worktops and flooring which continues into the second reception room. The rear garden can also be accessed from the second reception room. A cloakroom off the entrance hall completes the ground floor. Upstairs the landing has a side window and leads to the two double bedrooms, the generous single bedroom and the bathroom.
