" House-Hut Estate Agents presents a spacious and well presented four bedroom terraced home set in a cul de sac location on the west side of Bath. Benefiting from double glazed windows, gas central heating, south facing rear garden and off road parking for two vehicles. An internal viewing is highly recommended for this superb home!


The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with doors to the inner hall and the cloakroom which has a window to the front and consists of a pedestal hand wash basin with chrome taps and a low level w.c.
