" Converted in the 1990?+?s Hayeswood Farm comprises a conversion of a former farmhouse together with other farm buildings. Number 2 is situated to the western side of the development and has perhaps one of the most open aspects over fields to the side, and also has the benefit of a good size garden.

The accommodation is laid out over two floors and has recently been up-dated by the present owners to include the installation of new bathrooms and a superb handmade kitchen. The accommodation is well proportioned and beautifully presented throughout. It is also worth noting that bedroom 4, together with the adjacent large living room and galleried bedroom with bathroom above, is set within a separate wing and could be utilised as a separate annexe if so required.

The gardens all to the front of the house are of a good size (approximately 0.66 acres) and border open farmland. There is also ample parking space for a number of vehicles.

The property is conveniently positioned between Bradford-on-Avon and the City of Bath in an attractive hamlet comprising a number of houses and a Public House. Bradford-on-Avon being only approximately three miles distant, offers a select range of retail shops including the newly opened Kingston Mill Development. Other amenities include a library, swimming pool and Railway Station, together with the much renowned St Lawrence School.

The City Centre of Bath provides a much fuller range of retail outlets, together with many restaurants and wine bars and many cultural attractions. It also has a fine selection of state and private schools.
