" No. 174e Bradford Road is a deceptive 3 bedroom modern detached property built some 6 years ago and occupies a prime level plot on the Bradford on Avon side of Winsley. The property is approached via a shared brick block driveway leading to 2 shingle covered parking spaces to the front of the property.

Situation
Madgett House is located in the village of Winsley which is situated between the city of Bath and the market town of Bradford on Avon. The historic village offers many amenities which include a village primary school, general store, a public house, a bowling green and immediate proximity to extensive riverside and country walks.

The nearby town of Bradford on Avon offers a good selection of individual retail outlets together with Sainsbury?s supermarket and other amenities which include a library, swimming pool and St Laurence School, a much renowned state school. In addition there is a railway station providing access to other surrounding towns including Trowbridge, Warminster and Frome, together with the city of Bath and the cosmopolitan city of Bristol. There is a mainline railway link from Bath to London Paddington just 10 or so minutes away.

The City of Bath itself, a World Heritage City, provides a much fuller range of retail outlets plus other attractions including The Theatre Royal, The Thermae Spa and an excellent selection of restaurants and wine bars. In addition, there is a superb choice of schools within the city which include King Edwards, Monkton Combe, Kingswood and Prior Park. The University of Bath, set in an attractive campus, is also close at hand.
