" Ancliff Square is an attractive U-shape of Grade II Listed three storey homes centred around an enclosed communal garden with level lawns bordered by stone walling plus Box and Beech hedges. The symmetry of the fa?ade is enhanced by the Georgian style glazed sash windows. Number 4 is in the central portion with a modern interior plus retained features such as beamed ceilings and open fires adding a country charm. The ground floor sitting room is well proportioned and has the benefit of a wood burning stove. The well fitted kitchen has plenty of room for a dining table and direct access to the private rear garden. Up on the first floor is the second reception room with a pleasant aspect over the front lawn and up to the hills and woods beyond. A 'Jetmaster' open fire adds a focal point in this sitting room.
