" This delightful house dates from 1910 and has been sympathetically improved and presented to offer a lovely layout of flexible accommodation on three floors. The front porch and hall include a decoratively glazed door to the kitchen at the rear and an under stair cupboard. The front facing sitting room has sash windows, moulded cornice, a feature fireplace with tiled slips and gas coal effect fire. The dining room has an ornamental fireplace with side windows and opening to the kitchenbreakfast room. Well-appointed with contemporary units under composite work tops, integrated appliances complete the essentials for a modern kitchen. A tiled floor continues to a side garden room with exposed stone and beams where French doors open to a charming courtyard garden. To the rear are the tanked vaults, cleverly arranged as a studio opening to a snug with skylight and a cloakutility room with space for a freezer. The first floor offers two light and airy bedrooms, both with stunning countryside views to the front. The bathroom also has an ornamental fireplace with a separate shower room on the landing.
