" WHY YOUโ€˜LL LIKE IT... Martin and Co are delighted to offer for sale this delightful, two bedroom cottage situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Warminster. Located within similar properties and sitting in a lovely sun trap cottage garden; this is a little treasure.

On entering the timber front door there is a small porch area that provides storage space as well as coat hanging and a muddy boot area. This also has the added benefit of a ensuite comprising a WC and corner sink unit. Bedroom two is located to the rear and has large built in wardrobes.
