" A well presented semi detached split level bungalow which has accommodation split over two levels and set in an elevated position at the end of a cul-de-sac with far reaching views to the rear. First floor accommodation comprises, Entrance porch, utility room, cloakroom, entrance hall, two bedrooms, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/family room with doors to garden terrace. Lower floor accommodation comprises, sitting room with doors to terrace, master bedroom and a study. There is a good size and well established garden to the rear and spacious tarmacadam driveway to the front with parking for several cars and leading to single garage. The property is mostly Upvc double glazed and has a gas central heating system throughout. An internal viewing of this property is highly recommended.

Situation
The property is situated in Daniell Crest on the southern side of Warminster and approximately half a mile distant from the town centre itself with its range of shops and amenities to include schools for all ages and the local sports/leisure centre. For the commuter there is access to the A303 close by whilst the rail commuter can access the Westbury main line station to London Paddington via the Warminster station. Further near by family attractions include, Longleat, Center Parcs and Shearwater.

Directions
On leaving Move Estate agents office in the Market Place proceed right and on reaching the traffic lights turn right into Weymouth Street. Follow this road up the hill and turn right into Sambourne Road and second left into West Parade. Follow the road along taking your third left into Beech Avenue which leads into Alcock Crest and take your first left into Daneill Crest. Follow this road around to the right where number 41 can be found along at the end on the right hand side.
