" This is a lovely one bedroom ground floor apartment which is situated in a quiet cul de sac whilst being within walking distance of local amenities and Warminster Town Centre. The property further benefits from redecoration throughout and new carpets, electric heating, double glazing which was replaced 5 years ago, private fully enclosed garden and parking to the front. The apartment is accessed via the secure communal entrance hall with entryphone system. A door leads to the entrance hall fitted with carpet, night storage heater and airing cupboard housing the hot water tank and immersion heater. The living/dining room is a lovely light and spacious room with sliding patio doors out on to the fully enclosed rear garden and a night storage heater. A door leads through to the kitchen which has a window overlooking the private garden and consists of a range of white wall and floor units with laminate work surfaces over, inset stainless steel sink and drainer with chrome mixer tap. There is an inset Whirlpool four ring electric hob with cooker hood and light over. Whirlpool electric fan assisted oven under.  There is also space for a fridge/freezer and plumbing for a washing machine. The bedroom is a lovely double bedroom with a window to the front and built in wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a corner shower with curved glass screens and a Triton electric shower over. There is a pedestal hand wash basin with chrome taps, a dual flush W.C. and wall mounted electric fan heater.  Outside, to the front there is a tarmac area providing off road parking.    A side access path leads to the rear garden is fully enclosed by panelled fencing and is mainly laid to lawn with well stocked beds.  There is a useful storage box.   An early viewing is highly recommended for this superb apartment!

The property is located on the South Western side of Warminster close to local shops and is on a route of a regular bus service to the town centre, which has excellent shopping facilities and other amenities including a library, theatre and a hospital. It is also local for numerous primary schools. There is a secondary school and a good private school is nearby too. Other main towns close by are Frome, Westbury and Trowbridge. Salisbury is within comfortable driving distance of approximately 20 miles as are the various Salisbury Plain military establishments. The surrounding countryside and woodland offers many delightful rural walks and opportunities for outdoor pursuits such as golf, horse riding and fishing, Warminster also has a regular rail service to London Waterloo whilst National Express coaches leave the central car park for destinations throughout the UK. The A350 and A36 are close by and offers swift access to the M4 and A303. Bristol International airport is also just a 45 minute drive away.
