A pretty Victorian three storey cottage on the ever popular Oakfield Road in Frome. Deceptively spacious and with a 170 foot rear garden with outbuildings, the property benefits from a sitting room with open fireplace, dining room, original doors, stripped and polished floorboards, gas central heating and PVCu double glazing. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor. A sitting room with a window to the front and open fireplace with stone surround, opening to a dining room with under stairs cupboard and book shelving to chimney recesses. The kitchen/breakfast room has a range of oak fronted wall and base units with roll top work surrounds over, an integrated dishwasher, a built in Leisure dual range cooker with extractor hood over. Plumbing and space for a washing machine. There is a window and stable door to the rear garden and a Velux roof window.  The floor is tiled with underfloor heating.  Plenty of space for a fridge/freezer and table and chairs.  On the first floor there are two bedrooms, bedroom one has a window to the front elevation and bedroom two to the rear.  The spacious bathroom has a Victorian style claw foot bath with mixer tap and hand-held shower attachment.  A separate shower enclosure with a mains shower and there is a pedestal wash hand basin and W.C.  A cupboard houses the combination boiler, and there is a PVCu window to the rear.  The second floor landing has eaves storage and bedroom three has a window to the front elevation and more eaves storage.  Externally the front garden is laid to gravel for low maintenance with a bay tree, other shrubs and bushes to the boarder and surrounded by brick walling.  The long rear garden is split into a few different areas, it has two patio areas to catch to morning and evening sun. a large amount is laid to lawn with borders filled with an abundance of shrubs, trees and bushes.  There is a good sized vegetable garden to the rear and an outbuildings, which is currently split into two areas, the largest one having electricity connected.  A lovely period home.
