" Belle Vue, is the larger part of a converted village school house in the quiet Somerset village of Chantry, Near Frome. (about 6 miles by road). The house has two good size Reception rooms with substantial fire places,a wood burner in one and an open fire in the other. The rooms retain their stone mullion windows and the Dining Room has exposed timbers in the ceiling and a tiled floor. The Sitting Room has a wooden floor and the woodburner set into the fireplace.There are seperate doorways into the rooms from outside and a further entrance via a substantial Porch and Hallway at the side of the house. The ground floor also accomodates the well fitted Kitchen and the Shower room. From the Sitting Room there is a wrought iron spiral staircase up to a landing which leads to the Master Bedroom and the two single Bedrooms. All the Bedrooms have mullion windows with views, the main Bedroom has a dual aspect and also a wash hand basin. The two singles have Velux type skylights as well. Outside, the grounds are gravel beds to the front doors, lawns and shrubs, a water feature an extended garage with a driveway and parking for several vehicles. At the back of the property is an elevated decking area with wide ranging views to the south and west. The whole plot is enclosed by stone walls and fences and is therefore safe for children and pets. OWNER OPINION 'has always enjoyed the peace and quiet of the village whilst not being very far from the Town of Frome and all it has to offer' "
