" Located in a really convenient spot within a modern development in the town centre this semi detached home has just been the subject of a refurbishment. This includes new decoration, a full carpet clean and new flooring in the living room and hallway.

There is good sized accommodation beginning on the ground floor with an Entrance Hallway which gives access to all the downstairs rooms including a cloakroom, dining room, a large living room that runs front to back of the house, a fitted kitchen and a utility room.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms, one of which has fitted wardrobes and one that has an ensuite shower room. There is also a family shower room.

Plenty of storage in the shape of built in cupboards on the landing and a large understairs cupboard. Outside there is a pretty town garden with ornamental shrubs and a decked area. There is also access from here to the garage and a driveway where you can park two cars.
