Tucked in a cul de sac location on the ever popular Stonebridge development a three bedroom modern terraced home with garden, garage and parking. It benefits from gas central heating and PVCu double glazing. The accommodation consists of a storm porch and part glazed PVCu door to the front. The spacious living room has a window to the front and stairs leading to the first floor. The kitchen/dining room has a range of wall and base units with roll top work surfaces over and a stainless steel sink unit with tiled surrounds.  There is a wall mounted central heating boiler and plumbing and space for a gas cooker.  Space and plumbing for a washing machine and space for a fridge.  There is a window to the rear and a door leading directly to the rear garden.  On the first floor, the landing has two useful cupboards and access to the loft.  There are three bedrooms, bedroom one is spacious, with a window to the front elevation and a range of built in wardrobes.  Bedrooms two and three have windows to the rear.  The bathroom has a panelled bath with mains shower over, pedestal wash hand basin and W.C.  Externally the front garden is laid to lawn with mature trees and bushes and slate chipping beds.  The rear garden is fully enclosed with a paved patio area and path leading to the rear, the rest is laid to lawn and has a large wooden garden shed/workshop with power and light.  There is an allocated parking space close by and a single garage with up and over door in a block across the road.
