" Set just off Catherine Hill, this three storey town house is bigger than you would imagine and has plenty of accommodation as well as a beautiful walled garden. Entering through the front door you are greeted by an open plan living arrangement with a front living room leading into a dining room and then kitchen. The first floor is a similar arrangement with a large L-shaped master bedroom occupying most of the first floor with windows on three sides and an open fire. Also on this floor is the bathroom with a free standing bath and white suite. A winding staircase takes you to the next floor where there are a further two bedrooms and another room which can be used either as a bedroom or study. From here there are stairs up to a mezzanine level. We should also mention that there is a cellar, ideal for storage. Outside there is a courtyard garden immediately behind the house and then a gated access leads through to a walled garden, filled with a glorious mix of mature shrubs, trees and secret seating areas. This is one of those hidden gems and viewing comes highly recommended. EPC=E. "
