" This detached home was built just a few years ago and is situated within this wonderful new development within Lansdown. The spacious entrance hall leads to the open plan kitchenliving area, which extends from the front to the back of the property, with bi-fold doors opening to the rear garden. The kitchen overlooks the front, with white gloss kitchen units under a polished granite work surface, with integrated appliances including a full size fridgefreezer, a double oven, gas hob and dishwasher. A useful storage cupboard and cloakroom complete the ground floor accommodation. The first floor offers two bedrooms, both situated to the back of the property, with the larger of the two offering fitted wardrobes. The family room overlooks the front and is a beautifully appointed space. A modern bathroom services the bedrooms on this floor with a white suite and tiled floor.
