" Morris Lane is one of the most popular roads in Batheaston. The house is in an elevated position with far reaching views from most windows. There is an excellent array of local amenities in Batheaston, including a general store, chemist, doctors surgery, post office and pub. Local schools include the very well regarded Batheaston and Bathford primary schools. Bath city centre is within 3.1 miles* and easily accessible with a regular bus service. Lovely countryside and river walks are close by and access to the M4 junction 18 and 17 is easier, being on the north east side of the city. The house has a block paved driveway to the front, providing ample parking and access to a single garage. Internally the house is light and bright with lovely views all around. On the ground floor there is a bay fronted sitting room with picture rails and original 1930?s fireplace. Next door is a second reception/dining room with doors out to a southerly facing terrace with far reaching views across the valley. There is also a kitchen, utility and WC on this floor. On the first floor are two good sized double bedrooms, one with fantastic views, a further single bedroom and family bathroom.
