" Ferndale, a charming mid terrace Victorian cottage with deceptively spacious accommodation, which has been refurbished by the current owners, and is positioned on the lower westerly side of Bannerdown Road enjoying spectacular far reaching south westerly views to the rear.

The property is entered at ground floor level into a small boot room area which leads directly into an impressive double aspect open plan sitting room and family room, which is linked with the beautifully appointed Scandi style Maia kitchen.

Stairs lead down to a stylish office which leads through to bedroom 3 which has an attractive en-suite shower room, both of which conveniently have independent access to the gardens and terrace and could be used as an Airbnb or dependent relative space.
