Crosslands is a wonderful family home with excellent proportions and layout. The property is presented in immaculate order with period features and beautiful stained-glass windows throughout.

The property is entered on the ground floor into an impressive entrance hall, which leads into a fabulous open plan kitchendining room with a wonderful south facing balcony. Double doors lead into the living room with stunning views across Bathampton and Bathford. Also on this floor is a snugoccasional guest room and a cloakroom. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where there is a spacious laundryutility room with gardeners cloakroom and access to the garden. On the first floor there are four double bedrooms with a shower room and separate family bathroom.
