A central fireplace with a wooden surround is fitted with a gas coal effect fire. The dining room also faces south with two corner windows. Opposite the dining room is a study. A well fitted kitchen breakfast room has granite effect tops and integrated appliances with hob, hood, double oven and dishwasher. There is ample table space and stone effect Amtico flooring continues to a utility room with a sink and boiler. Doors open to the garden and to the double garage, which has access to the loft space. There is further storage in a cupboard under the stairs and a second loft space accessed from the first floor landing. The first floor comprises a principal bedroom with a half tiled ensuite bathroom, including a separate shower.
