" Brookside Close is a quiet cul-de-sac, located in the popular Northend area of Batheaston, at the edge of open countryside but only approximately 3 miles to the east of Bath city centre. There is a distinct community feel that stems from the presence of the village school (Batheaston CEVC School, just 0.5mi away) and the church. The high street is just under a mile from the house and offers amenities such as an independent caf?, a dentist, two pubs and a small shop. Bath city centre offers a full range of fine dining, boutique shops, The Theatre Royal and popular amenities such as the Thermae Spa. There are transport links to London either from junction 18 on the M4 which lies to the north of the city or by rail from Bath Spa railway station to London Paddington (approx. 90 minutes journey time). There is a bus stop just 0.2mi away, where the 3A bus runs to the city centre. The house has been beautifully styled and is set out across one floor. Upon entering, the main hallway spans the length of the house, with all rooms off, allowing light to flow through the house. The contemporary kitchen/diner is located to the rear of the house, with a door out to the back garden.
