" This contemporary detached house is set on an elevated corner plot within a cul-de-sac of similar houses offering excellent views to the east and south. With great potential to adapt and enhance the current accommodation to create an even more spacious family home, the house is offered with no onward chain. The house is approached up a flight of steps to a well proportioned hall with open tread stairs to the first floor and access to the inner hall leading to the ground floor bedrooms. The sitting room provides open views to the front and has a central stone fireplace. A wide opening leads to the dining area, overlooking the rear garden. To the rear is a kitchen with door leading out to the garden. The cloakroom includes a shower cubicle creating a second facility to the family bathroom which has been updated and serves the three ground floor bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have a range of built-in cupboards adding to the space. On the first landing is access to the master bedroom and an extensive loft. The bedroom is dormered to the front, again offering far reaching views and includes walk-in cupboards and en-suite wash basins. These are located in an area ideal for partitioning to provide a separate en-suite room. The loft is presently used for storage and extends to a similar size as the master bedroom.
