" Eagle Road in Northend is a fabulous semi-rural location only 3 miles from the centre of World Heritage city of Bath. Northend is only 8 miles south of the M4 for easy access for commuters. Within the village is the superb village school of Batheaston which is hugely popular. The location suits those looking for access to the countryside with the famous and beautiful Solsbury Hill and surrounding valleys and hills to explore. Amenities are available in Batheaston with a medical centre and dentists. Buses to Bath run very regularly and are easily available from Catherine Way. The lovely home is presented well and set on a secluded road just off the centre of the village. The width of the plot strikes you straight away. The property has been extended on the ground floor in 2013 and other houses in the road have extended further. The drive and front garden give a good frontage with access to the front porch. The sitting room is a welcoming room with plenty of space and opens to the sun room with double doors to the garden.
