A 1930โ€™s bay fronted semi-detached family home inBatheaston.

The property is arranged over two floors and offers atypical layout of a 1930โ€™s home. You are greeted by an entrance porch whichleads directly into the hallway where the stairs lead you up to the first flooran doors to the reception rooms and kitchen can be found. The sitting room isat the front of the house featuring a fireplace as well as the bay window whichincorporate French doors out onto the garden. The dining room is to the rear ofthe property also with a feature fire surround and window to the rear. Thekitchen is fully fitted with integrated oven, hob and dishwasher and the gascentral heating boiler is wall mounted in the kitchen too. There is anunderstairs cupboard which is accessed from both the kitchen and the hallwaybut works as a great larder/pantry. The back door is to the side of the kitchenand lead out onto a glazed porch/utility area which has doors to both the frontand rear.
