A well-presented terraced cottage in the ever popular village of Larkhall, just a few minutes’ walk from all the amenities it has to offer.

This charming home in Brooklyn Road has a fairly typical layout of what to expect from a Victorian terraced property; greeted by an entrance lobby you are lead into the hallway where stairs lead up to the first floor. The sitting room is situated at the front of the house complete with Victorian fireplace and sash window to the front. The dining room reaches the width of the property and benefits from a wood burning stove, wooden floors and French doors into the pretty garden, plus a large under stairs cupboard. The kitchen naturally leads on from the dining room through an opening making both rooms feel as one.
