" This two bedroom Victorian terrace in Larkhall has a lovely lounge room with folding doors to a second reception/dining room. There is a large extension to the rear where there is a lovely, modern kitchen, bathroom and a very handy utility room. The long and attractive garden (over 150 feet) is accessed via doors from the kitchen on to a decking area. Stairs down lead to lawn and a small workshop/hobby room with power. Beyond that there is a further lawned area, vegetable garden, shed and even secure off street parking to the rear. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, an additional toilet and a loft room.
