Enjoying outstanding elevated views across the eastern side of the city and into the Box valley, this family townhouse offers light and airy accommodation across three floors.

Solsbury Way is situated on the borders between the Lansdown and Fairfield Park area of the city, its location is within extremely close proximity to St Stephens Primary School as well as all the amenities that Fairfield Park and Larkhall have to offer. At the rear there is a patio area leading directly from the rear of the house which steps up to the remainder of the garden with a rear access gate and a shingle area with flowers and shrubs.
