" A well-presented popular Victorian terraced home on the northern side of the city.

4 College View is sat at an elevated position at the top of Ragland Lane on the Fairfield Park and Lansdown borders, its elevation means fantastic views are just one of the attractions of the property along with being within the catchment area of St Stephens Primary School. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and comprises; entrance hall with stairs leading to the first floor, doors to both reception rooms. The sitting room it at the front of the property with a wooden sash window and feature fireplace. The dining room reached the width of the property with a large under-stairs storage cupboard and built in dresser style shelving and cupboard into the alcoves. An archway leads through into the kitchen which is fully fitted including an oven, hob and extractor hood, a door and window lead out to a courtyard which has been covered by the current owners to provide whether proof storage and idea area to be outside even in typical British weather conditions! The main family bathroom is beyond the kitchen which comprises a white suite and a shower over the bath. There is also a rear access gate leading along a path and onto Marshfield Way.
