" 1 Richmond Hill is a handsome Grade II listed Georgian town house, designed by John Pinch the Elder and built in 1795. The property retains a wealth of original period features throughout and is of particularly lovely proportions with generous flexible family accommodation. The property occupies a most impressive position and enjoys beautiful far reaching southerly views over the city.

The tastefully presented accommodation which is in immaculate decorative order is arranged over three floors with the added benefit of two mezzanine levels. On the ground floor there is a beautiful formal dining room with an impressive picture window over looking the garden to the front, this is linked to a smart well equipped kitchen through double doors. Richmond Hill is one of the most delightful residential roads within the city of Bath and this splendid Georgian terrace is located on the highly sought after upper slopes of Lansdown.
