" This is an excellent home just off the centre of the World Heritage City of Bath. It is part of a terrace in an elevated spot affording stunning views. Easy walks through the park into the town and located on a small road mean a good feeling of seclusion for such a central location. Steps lead up from the road to a double glazed front door. The ground floor has a feeling of light with big windows to the views and wood flooring. A working fireplace makes a cosy addition for the autumn and winter seasons. The kitchen and dining room are to the rear with plenty of space to entertain. The rear door leads out to a decked garden. The first floor has quite brilliant views from the two front bedrooms across the valley to the east and over the beautiful city. There are three good size bedrooms and a fully tiled bathroom. The garden is landscaped to provide level and low-maintenance space which is a good size for such a central location. The garage is located away from the property in a separate block and is currently rented out to provide a small additional income.
