This is an agreeably situated flat in south facing Camden Crescent BA1 on Lansdown Hill overlooking the city of Bath with views from the east to the west. This is one of the city's three principal and renowned Crescents and the second highest. Just a 10 minute walk down to the centre and a frequent bus service.

All top floor flats in converted Georgian buildings benefit from larger space because no floor area is lost to the wide stairwells below. Here the two double bedrooms look south and enjoy the extensive views over the city and beyond. All the windows are double-glazed. There is a kitchen with the usual white goods, a good bathroom and attic storage. Economic gas-fired central heating and hot water is provided by an back-boiler in the coal-effect gas fire in the sitting room with electric immersion heater back-up and electric shower. The water supply is metered and the Council Tax Band is D.

The flat is comfortably furnished and the house is under professional management. A communal fire-alarm system is installed and carefully maintained and the common parts of the house kept up to the high standard expected of a Grade 1 listed house.

This tenancy is fully supported with all necessary services such as a plumber, domestic machine maintenance and friendly practical help at no cost to the tenants. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the house and flat. The deposit (equivalent to one months rent) is secured with 'My Deposits', a scheme endorsed by the National Landlords Association and approved by the Secretary of State.
