" A lovely three double bedroom semi-detached family home in need of some updating throughout to the west of Bath city centre. Sat in a pretty plot on a quiet no through road, this property provides well balanced accommodation spread over two floors with bags of potential.

Location Gainsborough Gardens is located on the West side of the World Heritage City of Bath on a tucked away, peaceful no through road. The property is accessible to local shops and amenities in both Chelsea Road and Weston High Street. Shops close at hand include: bakery, post office, food stores and delicatessen to name a few. There are other local amenities, all within easy walking distance which include a bank, chemist, doctors surgery, Royal United Hospital, Lansdown Cricket Club and Victoria Park. Internal Description You enter the property to the front through an entrance porch into the well proportioned hallway with stairs leading to the first floor. Initially to the left is the living/dining room which spans from the front to the rear of the property with windows at one end with views out over the front garden and windows and double glazed doors to the other opening up onto the rear garden. The kitchen lies to the rear of the ground floor and benefits from a range of wall and base units with laminate rolled work top surfaces and an inset sink unit. You also have a an electric hob and oven as well as plumbing for a washing machine and space for a fridge and freezer. Bedroom three is to the front and also has a built in cupboard. The family bathroom has a fully fitted suite comprising of a panelled bath with shower over, low level wc, wash hand basin and partially tiled walls. External Description To the front of the house you have a driveway suitable for one car that leads up to a detached single garage with an up and over door. To the left of the drive you have a pretty front garden mainly laid to lawn with well stocked boarders and flower beds bound by walls. To the rear you have an enclosed garden again mainly laid to lawn. There is a patio area off the house which is the perfect al-fresco dining area.
